About Me

Kristi O'Rourke joins Windermere Real Estate after 3.5 years of building a successful real estate business in Central Florida. She is honored to represent Windermere Valley/Liberty Lake Office with the highest integrity among her brokerage colleagues and customers. And she enthusiastically shares her joy, diligence, detail oriented, professional, customer service focused work ethic with her real estate customers.

She is grateful to give back to those serve/have served through her Yellow Ribbon Service, a 15% commission rebate on a closed house for Educators, Medical Care Professionals, First Responders, Active Military and Veterans. Kristi also donates a portion of her commission on each closed house to non-profit 501© organizations who are helping make a difference in the lives of abused, neglected and orphaned children.

Kristi has been married to husband Sean since 2007, and they have three children. Kristi and her family love living in the pacific northwest and currently call Ponderosa in the Spokane Valley home. She and Sean, who has a background in construction, are passionate about real estate. This carries over into her value as a real estate professional. Outside of her career, Kristi loves to connect with others, and excel in all she does devoting her time to her family, friends, church, community including her kid's schools and activities. She stays active with hobbies including dining, traveling, exercising and the pursuit of new experiences.
